  • Conditions for canceling an order or making a custom order
  • No processing fees will be charged. When canceling the order before payment ( 50 % deposit for production ).
  • After paying a 50% deposit, but you must cancel the order. There will be a minimum processing fee charged from 50% to 100% of the order value or based on the actual processing and material costs.
  • The company will return the product after deducting the processing fee. by transferring money to the account with the name of the orderer as the owner of the account only
